Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility: Open to residents of the United States and Canada, ages 18 and older. Nominated families must include at least one adult and one dependent child.
Entry: Submit a completed nomination form with accurate information. False or incomplete entries will not be considered.
Selection: The winning family will be chosen based on authenticity, need, and the impact the trip would have on their lives. Top Tier Travel’s decision is final.
Trip: Includes round-trip flights for up to five (5) family members, hotel accommodations, and select partner contributions. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
Travel Requirements: Winners must be able to travel within 12 months of announcement and hold valid passports or required travel documents.
Media Consent: By entering, participants agree that Top Tier Travel and partners may share their story, photos, or videos across social media, press, and marketing materials.
Privacy: Personal information will only be used to administer the giveaway and contact participants.
