2. Who Can Enter

• Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and D.C. (excluding Rhode Island)

• Must be 18 years or older

• Employees of Top Tier Travel and their immediate families are not eligible

3. Entry Period

Sweepstakes begins May 13, 2025 at 5 pm ET and ends May 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.

4. How to Enter

You can enter in two ways (limit 1 entry per person):

• Online: Fill out the form at https://toptier.travel/giveaway with your name, email, and phone number.

5. Prize Details

One (1) Winner will receive a $2,500 Travel Credit to be used only through Top Tier Travel.

Credit Terms:

• Must be used toward hotel accommodations booked via Top Tier Travel’s partner network.

• Must be redeemed in a single booking within 12 months of award date.

• If the total cost exceeds $2,500, the winner must pay the difference.

• No refunds or partial credit if total is under $2,500.

• Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and subject to blackout dates and availability.

• All bookings are subject to Top Tier Travel’s standard policies.

6. Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be chosen at random on May 23, 2025 at 5 pm eastern time.

• Winner will be contacted by email or phone and must respond within 7 days.

• If unreachable or ineligible, an alternate may be selected.

7. Taxes

• The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, or local taxes.

• A 1099-MISC may be issued for the value of the prize.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winner grants Top Tier Travel permission to use their name, image, and likeness in promotional materials—without additional compensation.

9. Limitations & Liability

Top Tier Travel is not responsible for:

• Lost or delayed entries

• Technical failures or website outages

• Incomplete or ineligible submissions

By entering, you agree to hold harmless Top Tier Travel and its affiliates from any liability arising from this Sweepstakes or the prize.

10. Legal

• All disputes will be governed by the laws of Florida and resolved in Miami Dade County courts.

• No class action or jury trial rights apply.

• This Sweepstakes/giveaway is void where prohibited.
